Upcycling

At Boonton Coffee Co we have been busy bees working on the store front. Upcycling has played a big part of our store design. Transforming an old and beaten piece of furniture into something usable. At Boonton Coffee Co we like to save these pieces to add to the charm of the store. We are aiming for a warm and inviting space that our customers can relax in and feel comfortable, we want each part of our store to have a little history.

Boonton and the surrounding towns have many community pages on Facebook to exchange / sell unwanted items. We have been utilizing those pages as well as ReStore Habitat for Humanity in Randolph. If you stop by the store you may recognize an item you sold!

Here are some below and after photos of some of the items we have been working on.

As coffee roasters we have a multitude of coffee sacks, they make great cushions. As the material is tough and frays easily the best method to make the cushions is to use fabric glue.
